Courtyard by Marriott Suzhou Opens and Delivers on Brand Promise

The 267-room
hotel is Courtyard’s eighth property in China, boasting ideal location and

Industrial Park Hengyu Real Estate Co., Ltd., the hotel operates under a
long-term management agreement with Marriott International (NYSE:MAR) and is
headed by Tony Sum as general manager and Neon Li as director of sales.

Introductory rates at the Courtyard
by Marriott Suzhou start from CNY998 per room per night and include deluxe
accommodations, daily buffet breakfast, in-room free access to wire or wireless
internet, free access to the health center and 1500 bonus points daily that can
be redeemed for services or incidental charges at the hotel. The rate is
subject to 15% tax and service charge and is based on single occupancy. A
supplement of CNY100 per night will be charged for each additional person. This
offer is valid until December 9, 2010.

The new hotel is centrally
located, offering easy access to the Suzhou International Expo Center, Times
Square shopping center, Jinji Lake and scenic downtown that is known for its
stone bridges, pagodas and gardens. Other nearby attractions include: Lingering
Garden, Lion Grove Garden, the Canglang Pavilion and Suzhou silk museum.

The calming colors and
contemporary design of the large guestrooms make them feel warm and stylish.
Featuring amenities that provide both comfort and efficiency the room layouts

of function space including seven individual meeting rooms, the 450 square
meter grand ballroom can accommodate up to 350 people in theater style. A 45
